The purpose of this booklet is to propose an action mechanism that enables the Youth Forum to monitor, follow up on, and lobby the various stakeholders and decision makers concerned in the implementation of the National Youth Policy (NYP) document. It also outlines a proposal for an IT management system that enhances the effectiveness of the Youth Forum in achieving its monitoring and lobbying objectives.
